MWAVE exhibitors have the opportunity to showcase your products and connect with enthusiasts on a personal level. Whether you’re looking for a smaller space to make a splash, a larger space to fully display and demo your products, or a full Dolby Atmos Experience, we’ve got a spot for you.
Once we receive your registration, we will invoice you for a $1,000 deposit. Once your deposit has been paid, we will contact you to select your room. Full balance is due by June 1, 2026.
This years setup is 1 day shorter as Wednesday was not available. Because of that, please plan staff and demo setup accordingly. Setup will be Thursday and Friday with tear down Sunday after the show.
If you would like to signup as a vendor and exhibit at MWAVE, please send an email to ops@midwestavexperience.net.

I went to this event last year and found it more useful to the typical HT enthusiast than something like CEDIA, which is aimed more at the trade than end users. I participated in a couple of blind listening tests which really opened my eyes (ears?) on how difficult it can be to distinguish between well designed products. Just got a new Tesla and this looks like a good excuse for a long road trip. Also, KC has some great BBQ.

I thought MWAVE 2024 was great. My wife and kid enjoyed it as much as I did. I didn’t expect that. Thanks for organizing and putting it on.

You hear about Dolby Atmos, you hear about base transducers, you see things like Mad VR, but to experience it is a whole another thing
